Folgefonna is a collective term for three plateau glaciers in the Hardanger region of Vestland county. They are located on the Folgefonna peninsula in the municipalities of Odda, Jondal, Kvinnherad, and Etne. In total, Folgefonna covers about 207 km2 (80 sq mi). In 2005, Folgefonna National Park was established, protecting the glaciers and the surrounding areas.

3 - 4 hours Blue Ice Hiking

Trolltunga (English: Troll tongue) is a rock formation situated about 1,100 metres (3,600 ft) above sea level in Ullensvang Municipality in Vestland county. The cliff juts horizontally out from the mountain, about 700 metres (2,300 ft) above the north side of the lake Ringedalsvatnet. Popularity of the hike to Trolltunga and rock formation itself has exploded in recent years. The increased popularity has turned Trolltunga into a national icon and a major tourist attraction for the region. Until 2010, fewer than 800 people hiked to Trolltunga each year. In 2018 more than 85,000 people hiked the 27-kilometre (17 mi) round-trip, making it one of Norway's most popular hikes.

6 - 8 hours hiking

Preikestolen (English: "The Pulpit Rock") is a tourist attraction in the municipality of Strand in Rogaland county. Preikestolen is a steep cliff which rises 604 metres (1,982 ft) above the Lysefjord. Atop the cliff, there is an almost flat top of approximately 25 by 25 metres (82 ft × 82 ft). Preikestolen is located near the Western part of the fjord, and on its North side. Tourism at the site has been increasing in the early 21st century, with more than 300,000 visitors in 2019, making it one of the most visited natural tourist attractions in Norway. BASE jumpers often leap from the cliff.
